1. The app ("the Service") allows users to remotely control the playback of music on other devices using the APIs of various streaming services.
2. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the user agrees to use it at their own risk.
3. The user is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate any laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

11. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and the provider of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
